Customers remain responsible for business, accounting, GST, HR, payroll, safety and compliance decisions.

Data Sent To AI Providers

Where hosted AI is enabled, relevant prompts and limited business context may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate answers.

Factory1 also uses local or rule-based responses where possible to reduce hosted AI usage and cost.

Quotas And Fair Use

Hosted AI prompts are subject to plan quotas and organization-level settings.

AI usage outside quotas may be limited, queued or answered using local fallback logic.

User Review

Users should verify AI-generated calculations, reports, tax suggestions, HSN/GST suggestions and operational recommendations before business use.

AI should not replace professional advice from accountants, lawyers, HR advisors or safety consultants.
